Successful applicants will have academic interests and experiences that include residential education, implementing residential curriculum, leadership development, a commitment to diversity, civic and social engagement, and an understanding of the needs of students transitioning to college, especially first-year and transfer students. Successful Area Coordinators will have academic interests and professional experiences related to residential education, student learning and development, leadership development, civic and social engagement, and the needs of students transitioning to college, particularly first-year and transfer students.
