Patient population includes most medical patients and those with CHF, hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis needs, DKA, acute renal failure (ARF), diabetes, amputations, neurological conditions, GI bleeding/GI diagnoses, sepsis, UTI, cellulitis, osteomyelitis/podiatric diagnoses, shortness of breath, falls, acute kidney injury (AKI), and infections including pancolitis. Respiratory case skills/experience required: CPAP/BiPAP, high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oral suctioning, oxygen face masks, portable oxygen tank, and tracheostomy management.
