The position represents both ICCE and the College Corps program through campus engagement, community outreach, recruitment, partnership development, presentations, university events, and support for institute-wide initiatives while fostering an inclusive, supportive, and student centered environment that promotes leadership development, civic engagement, professional growth, and belonging. The Coordinator supports all aspects of program administration, including participant recruitment and engagement, community partnership development, grant compliance, fiscal administration and financial tracking, communications, events, assessment, and program evaluation to ensure the successful implementation of a complex state and federally funded initiative.
