As a Commercial Lending Assistant, you will have an opportunity to assist in the management of banker workflow and pipeline management, including early-stage loan processing duties: communicating with borrower to obtain required personal and financial items, inputting borrower and loan details into various platforms, ordering third party services and verifications, and tracking loan progress to ensure deadlines are met. The position is responsible for maintaining a high level of confidentiality and superior customer service; gathering financial and loan data requirements, preparing electronic loan file documentation for consumer and commercial loans, conducting research, and coordinating services with internal business units and third-party providers.
