Experience: 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales administration experience, including Dataverse configuration, Power Automate, solution management, deployments, CRM reporting, dashboards, data management, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and user adoption support. Serving as the primary day-to-day CRM resource, this individual contributor partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT, and external partners to optimize processes, strengthen data quality, support users, increase adoption, and maximize platform effectiveness .
