Support CK relationship with outside organizations (MCA, ASA, SMACNA, AWS, etc)Serve on the product committee and other committees as neededFollow and enforce all safety guidelines and requirements including proper personal protective equipment for employees and visitorsOther duties, as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTSHigher Education Degree5 years management experience in a similar type of role Preferred welding equipment and gas knowledge Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to handle diverse individuals and situations in a professional mannerProficient in operating office equipment, including but not limited to computer, phone, fax machine, etc. Weekly L10's with the assistance from regional branch managersMonitoring retail sales and accountability for all branchesRegular visits and travel to all branch stores in IL, MO, and KSAccountable for performance on key scorecard metrics for each branchAdministrative sales and customer service support for all sales groups including Retail/Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales and Tech Center.
