The Senior Manager will oversee the Specialty Care team in Boise, Idaho and partner with fulfillment centers, Division Directors of Pharmacy Operations, Divisional Pharmacy Managers, Division Patient Care Service Managers, and other Corporate Pharmacy functional areas to implement new programs, ensure quality controls are in place for existing programs and implementing systems and processes to maximize efficiency. Director of Managed and Specialty Care to develop and oversee all Specialty AOP initiatives and collaborate with the Patient Care, Rx Procurement, and Managed Care teams on Specialty growth initiatives, third-party payer expansion, and management of partner relations.
