This is an outstanding opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW) , Clinical Supervisor, Behavioral Health Manager, or Community Mental Health Leader who is passionate about staff development, community-based services, recovery-oriented care, and improving outcomes for individuals receiving behavioral health treatment. As the CSS Assistant Director, you'll support program operations, supervise case management staff, provide clinical guidance, and help ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services throughout Cumberland County.
