In addition to all duties above, the Senior Front Desk Clerk oversees Front Desk Clerk, ensuring that Front Desk area is being run efficiently, that Clerks are trained on job duties, getting breaks, that Guests are receiving quality service, etc. This position must exemplify outstanding service to our Guest by owning the key Guest Service Principles: Smile, Welcome, Eye Contact, Lift the Experience and Leave Them Well.
