Provides support and assistance to the Manager and Director Financial Operations through collaboration with key strategic partners including Decision Support, Payor Strategies, Reimbursement, Revenue Excellence, Financial Reporting, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Integrated Clinical Services, Medical Group, Strategic Planning, Operations Excellence and others to streamline reporting and identify operational deficiencies. Supports the department in the review of ministry operating and capital annual plans, operational performance improvement plans, compensation plans, strategic financial plans, physician transactions and other investments as needed.
