The project integrates a 15 MW dual-fuel turbine CHP system, HRSGs and steam interfaces, natural-gas and backup propane systems, 12.47 kV distribution and substations, SEL-based protection, microgrid controls, cybersecurity, operator training, and full commissioning at an operating industrial facility. Maintain ERP control of RICHARD work packages, interfaces and action closures; verify that owner, designer, EPC and specialty teams use current drawings, approvals and schedule logic.
