The primary responsibilities will include owning day-to-day project execution, coordinating the cross-functional team, translating the technical scope into an executable project plan, managing milestones and deliverables, tracking risks and issues, coordinating with the Navy and other stakeholders, and providing clear status reporting and escalation to DIBI leadership. This is a hands-on project leadership role responsible for coordinating a complex, fast-moving, cross-functional team and keeping the project on track across scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
