The Client Service Representative collaborates and liaises with team leaders, supervisors, stakeholders, i.e. sales, prepress, production, shipping, etc., to ensure products are produced correctly, delivered on time, and remunerated appropriately. The Client Service Specialist plays an instrumental role as the face of the organization ensuring all aspects of the customer’s project are planned and coordinated ensuring accurate, timely, and exceptional service from project inception to after sale.
