The successful candidate will provide leadership for building maintenance, infrastructure reliability, landscaping, and campus appearance while ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. You’ll manage everything from mechanical systems and maintenance workflows to budgeting, safety programs, and client relationships, all while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
