Position: Aide Key Responsibilities: Working with head teacher, Counselor, Speech Therapist, Social-Emotional Learning Specialist and/or Occupational Therapist for delivery of special education plans and daily instruction Assisting the lead teacher and others on the student's team in preparing and presenting academic plan Provide behavioral support to student when needed Under direction of teachers and therapists, collect data as needed. Our interdisciplinary team includes educators, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavior specialists, and mental health professionals, all working collaboratively to support each student's growth.
