Oversee the accurate receipt, storage, and tracking of inventory delivered to the warehouse; Perform and coordinate cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy; Conduct root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies, shrink, and damaged goods, and implement corrective actions; Provide regular reports on inventory accuracy and other key performance metrics to operations leadership and directly to the client; Address and resolve issues related to damaged or missing inventory in real time; Use of tools including but not limited to WMS platforms, RF scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies; Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively; Participate in regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback; Implement and maintain inventory control processes and procedures to maximize accuracy and efficiency; Liaise with other departments, such as receiving, fulfillment, procurement, and customer service, to coordinate activities and resolve discrepancies; Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
