Experience collaborating with Intelligence Community, scientific, technical, and academic partners to assess emerging weapons, IED, device, sensor, and related technology developments and their implications for TECHINT/Weapon Intelligence capabilities. Analyze weapons, IEDs, and related device events to identify recurring technical profiles, signatures, components, construction methods, triggering mechanisms, and other indicators supporting attribution and threat assessments.
