This position leads the day‑to‑day operations, customer shopping experience and financial performance of the retail store and its related businesses, including the greenhouse, indoor retail areas, eCommerce fulfillment and seasonal retail operations while working in conjunction with our on site Floral team & Stem Studio. In partnership with company ownership, retail general management, other Store Managers, Merchants, Merchandisers, Growers and shared‑service teams, this position implements policies, strategies and organizational improvements that support balanced and profitable growth.
