Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10+ years of experience in employee experience, enterprise enablement, change management, communications, marketing, learning, transformation, technology adoption, or strategic program leadership; in lieu of a degree, 12+ years of relevant experience. Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will serve as the connective tissue between AI strategy and workforce adoption - partnering closely with legal, compliance, risk, marketing, communications, HR, technology, business leaders, and internal community champions to drive responsible AI enablement across the organization.
