Ability to: Read, write, and follow oral and written instructions with little supervision; Perform word processing and other related software programs as necessary; Keep moderately complicated fiscal records, ledgers, and control accounts; Work independently on difficult clerical tasks; Effectively communicate with students, the public, and other employees; Establish and maintain harmonious relationships with students, fellow employees, and the general public; Maintain confidentiality in all phases of work, i.e. records, meetings, etc. Under the supervision of an Assistant Principal or Administrator with a similar level of responsibility, performs a variety of office management and clerical tasks, including facilitating communications among supervisor, parents, and staff; manages files and other record keeping systems; collects and analyzes information; prepares oral and written reports; and performs related work as required.
