Serving as a trusted advisor and proxy to the Chief Pharmacy Officer and Vice President of Pharmacy Services, this role ensures alignment with organizational priorities, drives operational and financial performance, and fosters collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. The Pharmacy Administrator provides strategic, operational, and programmatic leadership across the full pharmacy enterprise, supporting systemwide initiatives in inpatient, ambulatory, specialty, research, and retail pharmacy services.
