MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Training and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Construction Project Management, or a related field, plus five years of professional project management experience involving the oversight of project teams, consultants, contractors, or skilled trades; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
