This position is focused on doing 2-3 SOCs per day M-F and assisting wtih regular visits as needed At Aveanna, we believe the best care happens at home-and that great outcomes start with supporting the nurses who deliver that care. Provide skilled nursing interventions-including wound care, infusions, catheter care, medication management, post‑operative care, and chronic disease management-tailored to each patient's goals and condition.
