Serving as the first line of technical support during production, this position monitors Level 2 process models, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), process health monitoring tools, and manufacturing data to identify abnormal conditions, perform initial technical investigations, implement approved process adjustments within established authority, and coordinate issue resolution with the appropriate technical teams. Working closely with Operations, Quality, Process Models, Maintenance, and Automation teams, this position monitors process performance, product quality, and mill health to support safe, stable, and efficient operation.
