Daily planning, monitoring, evaluating and coordination of factory raw materials and packaging supplies to ensure production schedules are met; monitor inventory levels, validate incoming deliveries, set-up inbound and outbound STOs, purchase orders or requisitions, and ensure adequate documentation are maintained. · Input re-supply orders, purchase orders and requisitions, secure freight quotes, assist Corporate contract maintenance on active ingredients for ordering accuracy, audit receiving documentation, invoices for payment, make invoice adjustments as required, and follow-up with vendor on any issues.
