This position works closely with the Addiction Consult Service Recovery Coach, healthcare providers, treatment centers, and community-based organizations to facilitate timely connections to detoxification, treatment, recovery, harm reduction, and other supportive services. Serve as a subject matter resource regarding the local addiction treatment and recovery support system, including pathways to detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, medication for opioid use disorder, recovery supports, harm reduction services, and community resources.
