Assesses, plans, implements, documents, organizes, prioritizes, teaches, delegates, supervises, and coordinates the care of adult and geriatric patients; (initial assessment, planning, coordination, evaluation, and teaching) which provides care and support to terminally ill patients and their families; and perform other nursing duties as requested. Patient management skills needed include excellent patient assessment and clinical nursing skills, critical thinking, problem solving, delegation, effective interpersonal and communication skills necessary.
