The ideal candidate is an experienced educator and instructional leader who is highly visible in schools, builds strong relationships with teachers, uses data to drive decisions, and can translate research-based instructional practices into meaningful classroom implementation. The Coordinator provides direct instructional support to teachers and school leaders through learning walks, classroom observations, coaching, professional development, professional learning communities (PLCs), data analysis, curriculum support, and instructional planning.
