Responsible for performing various duties related to the courier area including: Completion of assigned courier routes, coordination of supply and mail sorting and delivery, answering internal customer calls and questions, ability to follow procedures and interrogate data, basic decision-making requirements including ongoing focus on risk and fraud mitigation, ensuring compliance with regulations, working to meet service level expectations and customer service needs. Tasks Performed: 50% Complete assigned duties, including: completion of courier route, communication of vehicle maintenance needs, vehicle upkeep, mail, and retention and supply sorting and delivery.
