This position is responsible for supporting facility census goals by developing referral relationships, creating measurable marketing strategies, and coordinating a smooth admission experience for residents and their families. Ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of discharge planners, case managers, physicians, referral partners, residents, families, and facility staff.
