This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, conducts daily inspections and rounds, supports wastewater treatment and hazardous waste management activities, responds to customer service requests, and coordinates with vendors and contractors to help maintain a safe and reliable workplace. Respond to customer service requests and Facilities Service Requests related to temperature concerns, plumbing issues, roof leaks, indoor air quality, wall patching and painting, hardware repair, whiteboard and keyboard installation, and equipment relocations.
