Perform and provide oversight for staff who install, inspect, repair, and maintain building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, safety, and hydraulic systems. Track and report on all, repair work, projects, equipment, work orders, daily maintenance, and supplies to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time.
