Proven experience in college recruitment & admissions, showing enrollment growth including CRM management (i.e. Element 451, Slate, CRM Recruit) • Strong leadership, strategic planning, oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholders. • Bachelor's Degree in a related area; (Master's degree preferred) with eight (8) years prior admission and recruitment leadership experience in a higher education setting; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
