Preferred Experience: Experience scheduling and coordinating care for patients with complex psychosocial needs, including coordinating among multiple providers (physicians, social workers, psychologists, addiction therapists); Familiarity with the unique administrative needs of residential/inpatient programs, such as census tracking, admission/discharge/transfer (ADT) processing, and bed management; Prior customer service or related experience in a healthcare or behavioral health environment. (b) Advanced knowledge of policies and procedures associated with interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery and/or care in the community operational activities that affect patient flow, and patient support care administrative functions to include, but not limited to appointment cycles, outside patient referrals, follow-up care, overbooking, provider availability, etc.
