This role supports clinical operations through patient assessment, care coordination, education, medication administration, documentation, and clinical procedures while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality care across in-person, telephone, and telehealth settings. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and vaccines; perform point-of-care testing; collect and handle specimens within scope of practice as determined by the Nurse Practice Act of the appropriate state.
