The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma; plus one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field; plus three years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed. The department serves 250+ majors and minors, and offers both undergraduate and graduate degrees: BA, BM (Music Education, Composition, Performance, Piano Pedagogy, and Jazz and Studio Music), MM (Music Education, Performance, Conducting, Theory), as well as a Graduate Performance Certificate program.
