What your day-to-day will look like: Perform preventive maintenance on base building and critical system equipment, including generators, exhaust fans, air conditioning units, boilers, water heaters, kitchen equipment, refrigeration systems, motors, dock doors, dock plates/levelers, dock heaters, and eye wash stations. Complete general maintenance tasks, including interior/exterior painting, line striping (paint sprayer), welding, drain snaking, dock door and dock plate/leveler repair, and carpentry.
