About the Team The TikTok Shop US Operations team is responsible for building a high-quality and scalable fulfillment network to support the continued growth of TikTok Shop in the U.S. Our team works closely with fulfillment centers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and cross-functional partners to continuously improve operational performance, capacity, quality, cost, and customer experience. Assist with daily and weekly performance reviews of fulfillment centers and 3PL partners, identifying operational risks and supporting follow-up actions.
