This role partners closely with Laboratory, Pathology, Clinical Operations, IT leadership, Epic application teams, vendors, and third-party interface partners to translate clinical and operational requirements into scalable, compliant, and efficient technology solutions that improve laboratory quality, workflow efficiency, patient safety, and end-user satisfaction. The Supervisor establishes team priorities, monitors service levels and operational metrics, promotes cross-training and knowledge sharing, and fosters strong partnerships with operational stakeholders to ensure reliable 24x7 application support and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the laboratory enterprise.
