In partnership with the Faculty Affairs team, coordinate faculty administration processes for 12 divisions within the Department of Internal Medicine, sharing responsibility for faculty lifecycle activities and providing cross-coverage across functional faculty areas, including but not limited to: Coordinate faculty recruitment and appointment activities, track changes, and appointment actions for Volunteer Adjunct, Adjunct, Clinical, Research, Tenure, Visiting, and Lecturer-track faculty. Serving as a key liaison for faculty, department leadership, Faculty Administration, Human Resources, the University of Utah Medical Group (UUMG), and other institutional partners, the Program Manager ensures compliance with University and School of Medicine policies and procedures, supports faculty processes, maintains accurate records, and provides guidance on faculty affairs matters.
