The Assistant Pre-Construction Manager will collaborate with a team of designers, project managers, estimators, and subcontractors in the day-to-day management of proposal development and pre-construction activities for Design-Build (DB), Construction Management at Risk (CMAR), Engineer Procure Construct (EPC), Construction, Self-Perform, and Program Management projects. Assist in the downstream request for proposal (RFP) and bid process and prepare detailed scope of work documents for supplier and subcontractor contracts, including recruiting, prequalifying, evaluating, recommending, and selecting subcontractors, and suppliers.
