You’ll lead and develop warehouse supervisors and team leads, establish consistent processes and expectations across both locations, and partner closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Maintenance, and other teams to solve problems and continuously improve how work gets done. Reporting to the Plant Director, the Warehouse Manager will own day-to-day warehouse execution across both Mesa sites, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, staging, outbound shipments, inter-facility transfers, and support of production needs.
