Responsibilities: As our Craft Recruiter, you'll be the one finding the equipment operators, carpenters, concrete finishers, field engineers, tower crane operators and other skilled trades professionals who make that possible - moving fast, staying sharp under tight timelines, and building the pipelines that keep our Carolinas projects staffed and moving. This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who thrives on high volume and tight timelines, and who wants to be in the room where the work happens - this is an in-office role based out of our Charlotte office, where our team works face-to-face to build strong relationships and great projects.
