This role is primarily administrative and does not involve direct patient care, but prior clinical experience is required to support onboarding and patient communication.This is a hybrid role with work performed primarily at our office location in Rogers, AR. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Communicate with patients via phone and digital platforms</li><li>Assist with patient education and ongoing follow-up</li><li>Download, organize, and compile patient lab results for provider review</li><li>Maintain accurate and thorough patient charting</li><li>Coordinate provider updates and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments</li><li>Work within multiple medical software systems efficiently</li></ul>  QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in a medical office or hospital setting</li><li>CNA or MA certification</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Comfortable working with technology and electronic medical records</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>2+ years of phlebotomy experience</li><li>Phlebotomy certification</li><li>BLS certification</li></ul> Compensation & Benefits<ul><li>$15.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Health, dental, vision, and life insurance</li><li>Disability insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul> Schedule & Work Environment<ul><li>Full-time</li><li>Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM</li><li>No weekends</li><li>Administrative office setting</li></ul> Location Requirement<ul><li>Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Rogers, AR 72758 prior to starting</li></ul>

NOW HIRING A FAMILY SERVICE WORKER: The Family Service Worker supports parents as they identify and meet their own goals, nurtures the development of their children in the context of theirfamily and culture, and advocates for communities that are supportive of children and families of all cultures. The Family Service Worker position is an entry level case management position that also assists families with enrollment into the Early Head Start/Head Start program. Education and/or Experience<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Bachelors or Associate degree in social services or a related field with two years experience preferred. </li><li>Family Service Workers must have, within eighteen months of hire, at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field.
