Patient Care Advocates use their hospice knowledge, empathetic communication skills, and marketing abilities to initiate one-on-one dialog with referral sources, families, and prospective patients to help explain and educate on hospice services. As a Patient Care Advocate, you will support and partner with current Liaisons to identify new referral sources and maintain ongoing relationships to increase program census and preference for hospice services.
