The key functions of this position are to utilize the EMR and payer portals to identify Care Gaps, schedule patients for services and to submit necessary documentation to close those gaps. This individual will work under the direct supervision of department management and TMG leadership and in coordination with data abstractors and Trainers to ensure that all Care Gaps are being closed.
