Monitor and evaluate program participant progressServe as primary contact for housing assistance from both survivors and community partnersDevelop partnerships with housing and community providers to assist survivors in housingTroubleshooting technical housing issues as they arise with staff, victim advocates, and victims accessing housing programsProviding information and referrals to other providers or programsProviding ongoing risk assessment and safety planning with participantsTransport victims to and from necessary appointments including daily needs, medical, legal, law enforcement, court, etc. REQUIREMENTS:A Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or other closely related field from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of case management, working with victims of crime, and public speaking/educational experience.
