Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which is defined as performing the following types of duties: Providing witness trial preparation, advocating on behalf of crime victims and providing them with direct services (i.e. in-court support during hearings and trials, providing medical, psychological, legal, financial, shelter, childcare and employment services); responding to victim inquiries, determining program eligibility for victim assistance services; and providing information to victims regarding court dates/ changes, results of trial and other notifications.
