Psych/Behavioral Health RN – Nights - 3x12-hour shifts, 7p–7:30a - 1 year of specialty experience required - Required: BLS - Epic charting experience required - 10-bed locked adult inpatient psychiatric unit - Ratio 1:3–4; average census 9 - Adult/geriatric patients with depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions - Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, behavioral management, and voluntary/involuntary admissions - Charge experience preferred - Every other weekend required; no on-call - May float within hospital or to nearby affiliate facility - Minnesota RN license preferred at submission; must apply upon offer if not already licensed - No locals within 100 miles.
