The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Customer Advocate to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Chief Information Officer In this role you will serve as the customer-facing DIA representative to external customers and leads IT requirements collection, coordination, oversight of service fulfillment, and migration activities to ensure consistent, reliable IT services while partnering with customers to achieve their mission objectives. Build and maintain online requirement repositories, and collaborate with development, engineering and testing teams to create traceability from requirements origination to testing to implementation while documenting and leveraging lessons learned.
